Body Temperature & Mask Detection
The faical recognition and thermal TempCheck kiosk and tablet, powered by ZKTeco, is the first step in doing just that. Identifying people with an elevated body-temperature or detecting those individuals not wearing a mask helps reduce the spread of germs. While it’s not a medical device, the TempCheck tablet and kiosk provide fast, accurate body-temperature measurement and detects if a mask is being worn.
A green light lets screeners know that admission is safe, while a red light alerts that either a mask is not being worn or a body temperature is elevated. Steps can then be taken to eliminate any potential threat allowing the user and supervisor to take the appropriate measures and health precautions.
Facial Recognition +
Facial recognition is built into the TempCheck devices allowing for the option of yet another level of security. Photos of students, faculty, employees, attendees and more can be uploaded into the system. As the device screens for face masks and elevated temperatures, it will also notify the supervisor of any unknown persons attempting to enter the facility or event.
