What is Service Bureau?
Service Bureau allows you to have ID badges without having the expense of a complete system by "outsourcing" your ID badge production. You can send us a sample of the design you want or we can create a design for your approval.
What kind of camera is needed?
Any digital camera that produces an image in JPEG format. Naturally, the better the camera, the better quality picture will be on the badge. We can provide complete systems or individual pieces to suit your needs.
Can I put my company's logo on the badge?
Yes! We will customize your badge design to suit your needs as part of the initial setup fee. Just email your logo to us.
How does Hackett Security / P&L Products know what information to put on the badges?
You can send us all the credentials in a spreadsheet or plain text file. Either email them or mail a disc to us.
How long does it take to get badges back?
Please allow up to 5 business days from the date of badge design approval for your badges to be sent back to you. For an extra $50, we can place a "Rush" on your ID badges and complete them within 72 hours.
What if we need a replacement badge made?
Hackett Security keeps a separate database for each customer, complete with pictures and credentials. So, you can contact us to have another badge made in less time.
