New Touchscreen Control

The 7800 Graphic Touchscreen gives you a new and better way to control your security system. It is now the gateway to a variety of home automation and control features which are all shown in this new video.

All system features and functions can be accessed via the carousel menu on the large, 5-inch full-color touchscreen. It is a 4-wire, bus series, wired keypad which includes a proximity reader for codeless arming/disarming. With optional Z-Wave modules added to the system, customers can adjust lights, lock exterior doors and control their heating and cooling system

Job Summary:

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquires about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Job Duties:

Position Scope

Prefer Direct Sales “Business to Business” and “Business to Consumer” of burglar, fire, video and access systems.

Requirements & Experience

The most successful out-of-the-gate candidate would be a candidate with selling experience of burglar, fire and video systems. • General sales and management experience is required; experience in security sales will ensure quicker success. • The employee must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks and manage time. • Product knowledge will be provided; however, knowledge of DMP, DSC, Napco, Ademco, GE-Security, Bosch, or Panasonic products is a definite plus. • The position requires professional ethics, appearance and demeanor. • Outstanding oral and written English communication skills and the ability to make an impressive sales presentation with good follow-up skills are a must. Basic mathematical skills with the ability to calculate discounts, proportions, percentages, areas and volume are required. • Position requires the ability to perform the following functions: o Perform customer relationship development activities during and after the sales cycle o Prepare quotes o Give sales presentations o Design and estimate systems o Prepare and finalize agreements o Coordinate scheduling with installation department o General functional experience with computers and associated software, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Visio, etc.
